We do not take reservations at Buffalo Phil’s. Groups are seated on a first-come, first-served basis once the whole party has arrived.

To inquire about booking a private room in the Crystal Room, contact Group Sales by calling 608-254-2285 EXT 5004, or email groups@thewisconsinhotel.com.

-Groups must be at least 30+ people
-Private space available to book for a room rental fee
-Must book your group at least 2 weeks in advance
-There is no Train Delivered Food/Drinks in the Crystal Room
-If you are looking to have a team dinner, ask about our team buffet options
